Flowerbed

Around the lawn at the foot of the monument to Adam Mickiewicz in Nowy Sącz, I planted a flowerbed with marigolds, paraphrasing the monument’s inscription: “To Adam Mickiewicz, Ziemia Sądecka 1962.” It reads: “To Adam Mickiewicz, Monika Drożyńska 2009.”
