Embroiderer, visual artist, activist. PhD at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Poland. Winner of the Paszport Polityki award 2024 – the most prestigious cultural award in Poland. Convicted for embroidering headrests on Polish PKP trains. A pioneer of embroidery techniques in contemporary art and fabric in public space in Poland. She is interested in language, which she explores using hand embroidery on fabric.

Among others she has been exhibited at Open Source Gallery, NYC (2024), Manifesta 14 Prishtina, Kosovo (2022), Studio Cannaregio, Venice Biennale (2022), Galeria Foksal in Warsaw, Poland (2021), Sotheby’s Tel Aviv (2019), Bozar Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels, Belgium (2018), Museum of Contemporary Art Warsaw (2016), Quatier Museum in Vienna, Austria (2008).

Works feature in the collection of Bunkier Sztuki, National Museum in Cracow, Mocak Museum of Contemporary Art Cracow, National Museum Kiev, Lentos, Austria. She has been participated at the residencies: Residency Unlimited NYC (2022), Artbnb Jerusalem, Israel (2018), Sigrids Stue, Aarhus, Denmark (2016).
